Making Peaceful Change

Making Peaceful Change is a project supported by PEACEPLUS, a programme managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB).

Making Peaceful Change is a multi-year, arts-based peacebuilding initiative, led by The Playhouse in partnership with Training for Women Network and Inishowen Development Partnership. The project promotes sustainable peace, reconciliation, and cross-cultural dialogue across Northern Ireland and the border counties of Ireland from 2025-2028. 

At the heart of the project is a trauma-informed and rights-based pedagogy that places arts at the centre of social transformation, and encourages participants from diverse backgrounds to find common cause across issues important in their everyday lives.
