Leaders for Peace Network
Leaders for Peace Network (LFPN) recognises the urgent need for change towards a fairer, more just and sustainable world, and for leaders equipped to respond to the complex social, environmental and political challenges of our time. Through an arts-led approach, LFPN harnesses creativity as a powerful tool for reflection, dialogue, imagination and action.
The project convenes and supports stakeholders, communities and individuals in exploring and shaping the growing field of Arts and Peacebuilding through collaboration, shared learning and intersectional practice. LFPN invites radical and reflective approaches to peacebuilding and social change, encouraging more inclusive approaches to civic leadership.
Over two years, LFPN will support two cohorts of 24 leaders and aspiring leaders through a co-designed programme of summits, residentials and workshops designed to build the skills, confidence and networks needed for creative and peaceful leadership. The programme aims to cultivate a strong and diverse network of community peacemakers capable of influencing positive change from grassroots to policy level, across Ireland and beyond.
LFPN is for changemakers, advocates, artists, organisers and community leaders asking: “Change is needed—how can I help?”
